booking requirement

To secure your date, a $100 non-refundable retainer + a signed contract is required. Your wedding date will not be held without paid retainer + signed contract. You do not need to know final number of services in order to book, just list who might be getting services day of wedding. Changes can be made up to 30 days before wedding date. 

final payment due

Final payment is due in full 7 days (1 week) before wedding date. We will send an invoice via email. Payment can be paid via Venmo, Apple Pay Cash, Cash App, PayPal. All major credit cards accepted with a small processing fee. 

tip required/included? 

Tip is not required nor included in final total. However, if you choose to, you are welcome to tip your stylist on the day of the wedding. Cash or venmo is preferred. 

cancellation policy

The client has until 30 days prior to the wedding date to request any changes to the list of services from what was listed on the original agreement. If any services are canceled within 30 days of the wedding date, the client is still obligated to pay for those services and will be held responsible for such. However, if someone decides to take their place for the same cost of service booked the cancellation fee does not apply.

 

 

minimum service requirements

Minimum services required to book is $550 from April-October. January, February, March, November + December the minimum requirement to book is $400. If the total of services is less than the minimum requirement, the same amount will still be charged as the total due for services. The total is determined by the services booked only, as the minimum requirement cannot be met by the Travel fee or any other fee.

 

 

travel policy

On the wedding day, we provide on-location services only. 35 miles within the vicinity of zip code 37067 is included. Anything outside 35 miles, a .75/mile charge will be added on.

 

 

parking fees

Client agrees to pay for valet parking at the service location OR applicable parking fees for each stylist (1 vehicle per stylist) for locations where paid parking is required and/or is the most convenient to the service location.

 

how long to expect for hair and makeup

4 hours minimum is required to render all services on your wedding day. If your venue has time restrictions or you would like to cut down on the time, we are happy to accommodate. Most likely we will need to bring another stylist along to make sure everyone is done on schedule. Additional stylist fee may be applied.

how many stylist are included

1 stylist is included for every 6 services, however, this is approximate and also at your discretion. It also all depends on the number of final services booked. 

when to book trial

We recommend booking your trial 6-8 weeks prior from your wedding date. However, if it needs to happen earlier than that or later, we can accommodate!

 

where do tials take place

We have a beautiful + cozy studio located inside Phenix Salon Suites in the Cool Springs area of Franklin TN. We have plenty of parking + its conveniently right off the freeway! This is where your trial will take place!
